My name is Desirée. In 1987 started teaching in the pool rescue team and then immersed in Aquasport and water therapy. These courses and methods give me a lot of fun and energy in the water.

In addition, I started last year with a Vital Coach, a walking coach and the specializations Exercise Expert Overweight, Obesity and Diabetics and will finish this in November.

All these lessons have shaped me into what I do now, how I now teach and, above all, how I live life. From hydrophobia to swimming lessons, from tense to relaxation, from passive to active, from indoor swimming to outdoor swimming, walking and training in nature

Aquasport en Balance is an independent Aquasport company that operates in swimming pool Het Heersdiep in Den Helder and swimming pool Den Krieck in Breezand. We offer you various Aquasport options in the water.
